COVID Policies/Safety Measures
The health and safety of everyone who visits the clinic is of utmost importance, and to that end, the following measures/policies are being introduced and/or maintained:
- We are following CDC disinfection guidelines, including wiping down all commonly touched surfaces with hospital-grade disinfectant not only in the treatment rooms but in common areas as well.
- Every room in the clinic is equipped with medical-grade Austin Air air purifiers, which remove down to .1 micron level particulate in the air. They run 24/7.
- I will be rotating all three treatment rooms, so there will generally be at least a 30-minute gap between patients in a given treatment room during which time the air purifier will continue to run continuously.
- I will be wearing a mask at all times, and everyone who visits the clinic is required to arrive with a mask on and keep their mask on for their entire stay. Masks must fit snuggly and completely cover the mouth and nose. If a mask is deemed inadequate, a mask will be provided.
- I have hand sanitizer available throughout the clinic. Patients are expected to wash their hands with soap and water in the bathroom before entering the clinic and sanitize their hands upon arrival.
- If you have any potential symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing and/or shortness of breath, loss of taste and/or smell, diarrhea) or have traveled within the two weeks prior to your appointment, please stay home. Everyone’s temperature will be checked upon arrival with a noncontact thermometer before entry into the clinic. Cancellation fees will be waived for same-day cancellations if symptomatic.
- If you have been knowingly exposed to someone with COVID-19 or suspected COVID-19, you must wait 14 days before visiting the clinic.
- Only credit cards will be accepted for payment in order to cut down on physical exchanges of money.
